What is TAT (Turn Around Time)?

Turn around time is currently 10-20 BUSINESS DAYS, however, it is rare that order processing takes this long. Ready to ship items will ship within 3 business days. Orders with customized items will be discussed at the time of purchase. All items are hand made to order and are custom for you, your size, and style. Your item will ship by the 20th business day. Please allow the full 10-20 business days and an additional 5-7 business days to receive your items after they have been dropped off at the post office. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@sewenchanted.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
